Francesca LaRosa

From a young age, Francesca knew she wanted to devote her life to Jesus and music. She started playing piano at Mass with her dad at age nine, and she grew up leading worship with her entire family. Francesca attended Ball State University, where she joined a praise and worship band and learned to lead music for Eucharistic Adoration. After graduating from Ball State University with a degree in music education, she served as music director at her home parish, focusing on evangelizing God’s message of self-worth to the youth. During her leadership as music director, Francesca wrote a Mass Setting and Responsorial Psalms in Eucharistic Adoration, which she shared with her parish and learned how to compose melodies with the Lord. She has led music for youth retreats, conferences, Eucharistic adoration, and the theme song for the National Catholic Youth Conference. She continues to share these songs with our Church and her Psalms have now been played in churches around the world. Francesca lives happily with her husband and music producer, David, where they both write music from Scripture and well-known prayers and share her faith-filled songs with others.

Favorite Scripture:
“You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind, and with all your strength.’ The second is this, ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’ (Mark 12:30-31)
